Financial Analyst

We're seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team during an exciting transition period. The ideal candidate will establish financial processes and systems from the ground up while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasts
• Work with CFO & C-suite to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
• Create variance analyses comparing actuals to budget and prior periods
• Generate actionable insights from incomplete or emerging data sets
• Help prepare financial reports for both internal leadership and parent company stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with new corporate reporting standards and deadlines
• Develop reporting templates to streamline recurring deliverables
• Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-level presentations
• Work closely with department heads to understand financial performance drivers
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and monitor team budgets for variances
• Bridge communication between our local operations and corporate finance teams
• Establish scalable financial processes and controls
• Document procedures and create templates for recurring analyses
• Recommend and implement improvements to reporting systems and workflows
