Requirements
- experience in managing large-scale IT projects and programs within an outsourcing environment in a global company
- proven track record in managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects
- experience in leading large, multinational teams
- practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- solid understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices
- fluent in spoken and written English and Polish
