UX Designer

We are Xebia, a company that develops digital solutions for clients globally. We are looking for a UX Designer to work on groundbreaking user experiences, establish and maintain our design system, and champion business interests through design-informed decisions.

Requirements

• at least 2 years of experience in designing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and responsive web interfaces
• experience with justifying design decisions based on product goals, user needs, and data
• ability to work with insights from user research and data analysis and translate them into effective design solutions
• experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, and engineers in an iterative environment
• experience across the entire design process, from ideation and concept development to implementation and handoff
• strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design processes, approaches, and outcomes
• native-level Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
