Senior Manager, Reimbursement Access - West

This Senior Manager, Reimbursement Access position will lead the Reimbursement Access team, shaping national access strategies and supporting operational excellence. The role requires deep experience in reimbursement, patient access, and healthcare provider support, with leadership experience driving execution of complex operations and developing a high-performing team. This is a full-time, remote position focused on market access and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, patient services, or related pharmaceutical roles.
• Prior leadership experience managing field reimbursement teams strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the reimbursement landscape.
• Valid US state-issued driver’s license.
