Job Description
Xodus Group is seeking an Engineering Manager – Electrical & Power Systems to deliver electrical and power systems engineering deliverables for offshore projects. This role involves technical expertise, client/stakeholder communication, and leading teams. The company specializes in offshore wind, interconnectors, and energy transition projects.
Requirements
- Provide inspirational line management and leadership to the Electrical & Power Systems Engineering team.
- Collaborate on and lead the development of technology, people and growth of team capability.
- Lead Electrical & Power Systems Engineering input into tenders and project deliverables.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Lead Electrical & Power Systems Engineering deliverables through early-stage feasibility studies.
- Ensure projects and tenders are delivered according to specifications and quality assurance.
- Ensure necessary resources are allocated to projects.
- Ensure sound engineering practices and innovation.
- Promote and manage safety in design.
- Lead safety in design across projects ensuring compliance with legislation.
