Job Description
We’re currently recruiting for a Day Shift Supervisor to join our site in Leicester for our contract with PepsiCo. To lead daily transport operations, support drivers and office teams, maintain service performance, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
Requirements
- Experience of supporting staff performance by managing 1-2-1s, training and inductions
- Supervisory experience within a logistics environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
