Job Description
The Regional Director of Urgent Care is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and quality of the urgent care line of business. This role demands a forward-thinking, results-driven leader with a strong background in healthcare operations and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a supervisory or management position preferred
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous training in HIPAA, medical coding, bloodborne pathogens, COR and emergency procedures
- Proficient and able to train others in common computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Internet and Email
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
