Sales & Customer Success Associate

XRHealth is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Associate to join their mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-starting team player with a proven track record of driving B2B sales and building long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in B2B sales and/or customer success, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health
• Proven experience working in or with startups
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
