Job Description
This Finance Manager role involves overseeing and managing the finance operations for a group of countries. The position requires leading and mentoring a finance team, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis. The role focuses on financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating with external auditors and regulators.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience leading a finance team
- Experience with group consolidation and multi-entity reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
