Acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for XU, you combine a consultative, sales-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills to inspire future students and guide them confidently through their decision-making journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year in admissions, student recruitment, customer success, consultative sales or comparable fields of experience
- Confident, personable communicator; strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous
- Proficient with MS Office; Experience with common CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is a plus.
