Construction Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Lead to plan, coordinate, and deliver key store construction and refurbishment projects across both new and existing retail locations.

Requirements

• Relevant education in construction, engineering, project management, or equivalent experience
• Documented experience with large construction or expansion projects, preferably within logistics or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of project finances, progress planning, process management, and contract follow-up
• Experience working with external suppliers, project organization, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
• Familiarity with digital tools for project management, financial control, and collaboration
• Advantageous with experience in automated warehouse solutions, technical understanding, and improvement work
