Job Description
The YMCA of Greater Monmouth County is seeking a Fitness Floor Associate for the Red Bank branch. This position supports Y's mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The role involves promoting healthy exercise programs, providing fitness orientation, and maintaining the facility. Both evening and weekend shifts are available.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school education/GED equivalent
- Previous experience using exercise equipment
- First Aid, CPR/AED certification
- YMCA membership/enrollment
