Rental Rollback Delivery Driver

The Rental Rollback Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering and picking up rental equipment to and from the store to the customer’s drop site. The driver will complete pre/post delivery inspections, document drop offs and pickups, and provide familiarization of the equipment with the customer.

Requirements

• Must be 23-years-old or older.
• Valid, active CDL license. Class B or greater preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a driver for heavy equipment transportation, general professional freight carrier, or heavy-duty trucking (e.g., wrecker, mobile crane).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to clear driver screenings and provide necessary information for a complete DQ file, including but not limited to: Road Test administered by Yancey personnel, Background check and MVR with less than 10 points, DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and must not be disqualified to drive a CMV under 49 CFR § 383.5 or 49 CFR § 383.51.
• Ability to manage electronic log books and delivery software via electronic tablets.
• Capable and competent of operating and loading a variety of machines onto assigned transport vehicle.
• Customer service oriented with the willingness to go above and beyond expectations with a rock star attitude.
