Senior Engineer, Program

The role involves a comprehensive assessment of manufacturing projects, ensuring they meet specified requirements. Key responsibilities include review of shipments, warranty terms verification, engineering change management, production financial monitoring, material changes, shutdown product management, and parts management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with a PMP certification.

Requirements

• Actively and proactively with clear thinking, execution ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably PMP certificate.
• More than 30 years of automotive electronics project management experience, or factory/project launch experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
• Work is scheduled during a five-day two-day format, may include overtime and travel.
• Accept projects down to department levels or tasks assigned by higher-level management.
