Supervisor Production - 2nd Shift

Supervisor Production - 2nd Shift: Direct Reports: 20+, plan and schedule personnel, provide production expectations and quality feedback, monitor daily production requirements, train and monitor employee performance, and participate in Team Leader meetings and Quality initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience with production, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor role
• 1-3 years of Supervisor experience within the automotive industry
• Just in Time (JIT) environment experience
• Computer literacy
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Proficient organizational skills
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
