Requirements

• Responsible for compliance with safety, health, environment and quality policies of their position.
• Responsible for compliance with the Ethics policy and living of values in the organization in their activities.
• Responsible for the Logistics of port operations, ensuring that special resources are available during the operation and communications are issued in a timely manner.
• Execute the assigned functions for the unloading of motor vessels ensuring quality, proper storage and conservation of the cargo
• Ensure the consistency of the inventories under their charge in accordance with the policies of the organization.
• Define and enforce the standard of order and cleanliness of the areas, managing deviations in an effective manner.
• Lead activities and manage the performance of their team of work.
• Plan operations under their charge, ensuring that the information is available and precise for management.
• Supervise in the field the execution of operations under their charge.
• Take decisions that ensure the conservation of inventory, optimization of costs and safety in the area.
• Ensure the execution of contractual commitments with contractors who intervene in their process.
• Generate and enforce agreements agreed upon with interested parties.
• Manage performance in search of continuous improvement of the process under their charge.
• Maintain the assigned storage levels for the material packaging and raw materials processes, notifying deviations in a timely manner to internal processes.
• Watch over the fulfillment of the service promise with providers and internal processes.
• Lead the execution of routine inspections of equipment that allow ensuring the operational availability of critical equipment.
