Job Description
Supervises production operations, ensures production output meets schedule, and coordinates with requirements of the schedule. Maintains and updates assembly, testing, and departmental procedures. Establishes and implements training programs and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate
- Minimum of 3 years electrical/electronic mfg. experience
- At least 3 years plant floor supervisory, group-leader, or training experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Sound communication and leadership skills
- Ability to use assembly and test procedures
- Ability to plan, organize, establish and monitor work schedules
- Manual skills with tools in precision assembly line work
