Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Oran, Algeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new agents for our financial services product, building strong relationships with existing agents, and implementing strategies to grow transaction volume and revenue.

Requirements

• Proactively identify and target high-potential merchants within the assigned area
• Present the agent wallet product to potential agents and negotiate and onboard new agents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned agents and conduct regular visits to ensure they are satisfied with the service
• Develop and implement strategies to grow transaction volume and revenue generated through the assigned agent network
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using mobile applications
