Job Description
Quality Systems Engineer responsible for problem resolution, process control, and inspection process design. Requires experience with statistical techniques, MSA, and electronic circuit board repair.
Requirements
- Problem resolution techniques (8Ds, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc)
- Process control plans and AMEF
- Approval of parts (PPAP, PSW)
- Inspection process design
- Statistical techniques, SPC
- MSA Measurement Systems
- English 70% minimum
- Interpretation of electronic diagrams
- Electronic circuit board repair
- Automotive communication protocols (Desirable)
- Knowledge of electronic assembly processes (Desirable)
- Automated vision inspection systems (Desirable)
