Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of a modern industrial warehouse facility. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable solving practical problems related to building systems and general facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical maintenance work
• Building or facilities-related experience is a plus
• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other facility equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for documentation and communication
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a small team
