Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Proven experience with rooftop units, startups, changeouts, and commercial control systems
- Universal EPA Certification for HVAC/R
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for commercial HVAC equipment
- Ability to complete detailed service notes and job-related documentation consistently
- Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial field environment
