CRM Intern (m/f/d)

Yepoda is a beauty start-up founded in 2020, located in the heart of Berlin. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our CRM Team as an intern and develop their skills through an exciting internship opportunity.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Marketing, Business, Management, or related studies.
• Interest in CRM, customer engagement, and data-driven strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German, French, Spanish or Italian language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design and aesthetics, particularly for creating engaging newsletters.
• A detail-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
