FP&A Manager (Senior) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and take ownership of financial planning and performance management with a strong focus on revenue, COGS, and contribution margin.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Three to six years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or controlling
• Strong experience managing revenue and gross margin in a D2C, beauty, or e commerce environment
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a hands on mindset
• Process driven and motivated to build new projects, flows, and structures from scratch
• Solid experience with Excel and financial systems, experience with Datev or NetSuite is a plus
