Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of 45 influencers and multiple sub-projects within the assigned market.
• Oversee and support team operations, taking partial leadership responsibility while maintaining a hands-on approach.
• Develop and implement best practices to ensure high execution standards, efficiency, and continuous KPI optimization.
