Job Description
The General Manager is accountable for ensuring that daily practice operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's mission of delivering superior patient care and service. The GM will oversee all teams, support the maintenance of facilities and equipment, support business development, and ensure compliance with dental regulations and internal SOPs, Procedures and Policies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- A Master of Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive management experience, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or a multi-site service environment
- Proven experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
