Job Description
Dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Promotions Supervisor sought to lead a team of promoters across key retail locations for TCL, a leading brand in the Electronics and Home Appliance sector.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in Sales or Commercial role
- Prior experience in Electronics or Home Appliance industry
- Candidate with experience from Cellular or Telecommunication companies will also be considered
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills with retail partners
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
- Proactive problem solver who can handle on-site challenges independently.
- Knowledge of merchandising standards and POP execution
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday (9am - 6pm)
- Must have reliable transportation for travel across assigned retail locations
