Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT professional with a passion for technology and a customer-focused approach to work as a Second Line Support Engineer in our office in Haaksbergen, Netherlands.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Second Line IT Support Engineer
- Knowledge of Microsoft server and Azure (Microsoft certifications are a plus)
- Knowledge of common IT solutions (Cloud, on-premises, hybrid environments)
- Knowledge of Networks, switches, and firewalls (experience with HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, Barracuda is a plus)
- Ability to perform well under pressure and remain calm
- Think with the customer and deliver excellent service
- Enjoy a joke and contribute to a positive atmosphere
- Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing
