Job Description
The Out of School Time Activity Leader will supervise children and run program activities in a safe and supportive environment. The role involves planning and executing activities aligned with the YMCA's values and safety standards, while fostering positive relationships with youth, parents, and staff. The position is based at the Central Community Branch YMCA and offers opportunities for professional development.
Requirements
- Supervise a group of children and program activities.
- Follow all YMCA policies and procedures.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (or within 60 days of hire).
- Child Abuse Prevention training (within 30 days of hire).
- Previous experience working with children (minimum 6 months).
