Job Description
The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Groups Coordinator team. This role will coordinate all aspects of the Camp Collins High Adventure Program, serving as a lead facilitator, trainer, and host for rentals. Responsibilities include managing camp activities, training staff, maintaining safety, supporting maintenance, and assisting with summer programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the YMCA's mission and values, and have a commitment to service and teamwork.
Requirements
- Manage adventure staff
- Maintain all adventure courses
- Schedule and coordinate trainings
- Communicate with outside rental groups
- Staff all rental groups
- Host all rental groups
- Support Maintenance Department year round
- Support Food Service Department year round
- Assist with camp maintenance projects
- Assist with all summer camp programs
- Drive camp vehicles
- Provide support to the camp administrative staff
