Job Description
The Assistant Swim Team Coach position at Little Pirhanas YMCA is part-time and based in Eaton, Ohio. This role focuses on providing quality instructional training and coaching to the Little Pirhana swimmers, ensuring they meet YMCA standards. The position involves assisting the Swim Team Director with various tasks and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
- Assist the Swim Team Director with assigned duties.
- Supervise swimmers and practices.
- Assist with meet entry and all on-deck activities.
- Maintain swimmer behavior and communicate appropriately.
- Ensure safety in the pool.
- Accurately record swimmer evaluations.
- Communicate effectively.
- Adhere to schedule and maintain a clean environment.
- Provide emotional support to participants.
