Senior Group Fitness Instructor - Red Bank

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Group Fitness Instructor to lead safe, effective, and engaging fitness classes for older adults.

Requirements

• Must be at least age 18 years
• Certification in senior fitness or group fitness (e.g., AFAA, ACE, or equivalent).
• Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate and lead group exercise classes to a diverse group of participants
