Job Description
This part-time position at the Rankin YMCA supports youth sports programs by ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment. The role involves monitoring facilities, communicating concerns, enforcing YMCA rules, and engaging with program participants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a positive sporting experience and helping players develop skills.
Requirements
- CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid certification renewed annually
- Officials training completion
- Annual compliance training completion within 30 days of hire
- Understanding of YMCA mission and how it's carried out in sports
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods of time
