Job Description
We are seeking a lifeguard to work multiple shifts at our location in Sarasota, FL. Strong swimmers are encouraged to apply, and we can help you get your lifeguard certification before starting work. The lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in or around the YMCA pool.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Successfully complete State of Florida Criminal History Background Check requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness
