Membership Director

The Membership Director is responsible for member engagement and retention, communication, developing plans, implementing of strategic goals, and maintaining community relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to two years of related managerial/team leadership experience
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
• Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Positive attitude, self-starter with high energy
• CPR and First Aid Certifications required within 30 days of employment
• Annual Completion of YMCA Blood Borne Pathogens Training
• Annual Completion of YMCA Child Sexual Abuse Prevention class
• Completion of YMCA's Listen First Training
