Product Industrialization Engineer-I

This is an entry level position for recent engineering graduates or individuals with applicable tire manufacturing related experiences. The position will support product development initiatives through the application of product analysis during tire development.

Requirements

• AA DEGREE - Minimum
• BACHELORS DEGREE – Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, or equivalent technical tire experience
• 1- 3 Years’ experience with rubber industry preferred
• Good knowledge of structural mechanics and dynamics
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools, especially Microsoft office and Mini tab
• Basic applied statistics, Design of Experiments, cause-and-effect analysis; risk analysis; lean principles
• Ability to accomplish assignments in a logical fashion, using existing technology and standardized methodologies
• Strong communication skills [written/oral] in presenting data and information to others
