Job Description
Yorkville University and Toronto Film School are seeking a Student Care Coordinator to provide holistic, student-centred support to on-site and online students experiencing varied challenges. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in student support, case management, or a related role. The role involves assessing needs, facilitating referrals, and tracking student cases to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Student Affairs
- Experience in student support, case management, or a related role
- Ability to assess risk, triage concerns, and respond with care
- Knowledge of mental health support systems and non-clinical referral processes
- Ability to apply trauma-informed and equity-informed practices
- Familiarity with privacy and confidentiality protocols
