Job Description
YouLend is a rapidly growing FinTech that is the preferred embedded financing platform for many of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms, tech companies, and Payment Service Providers. We are seeking a Collections Executive to join our Credit Operations department, responsible for promoting and sustaining a constructive working relationship with customers and colleagues, and providing a first-class service relating to the resolution of non/under-paying merchants.
Requirements
- Collections and recoveries understanding
- Case management of high value accounts in arrears
- Strong communication skills, accuracy and confidence
- Data input - accurately inputting data across multiple systems
