Job Description
YouLend is a rapidly growing FinTech platform helping e-commerce and payment services. They are seeking a Customer Service Executive fluent in Dutch and English to communicate with business owners daily, address inquiries, monitor support, and resolve complaints. The role involves working within a SaaS environment and contributing to a positive customer experience.
