Job Description
YouLend is a rapidly growing FinTech platform financing e-commerce merchants, powered by a leading private equity firm. They are seeking a skilled Team Lead to guide a cross-functional team delivering high-quality software products using Scrum. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery of features, fostering a collaborative culture, and aligning technical work with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
- Practical experience guiding agile teams using Scrum or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in C#, .NET microservices, AWS (especially EKS), and Angular
- Strong understanding of scalable architecture, quality-focused engineering practices, and operational reliability
- Clear communication and coaching skills
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation) is a plus
