Job Description
As an Account Executive (AE) SaaS, you'll manage the sales process in the German SME segment, from initial contact to contract closure. Your mission is to build sustainable business relationships, achieve sales targets, and shape the market success of our solutions. You'll develop decision-making strategies, optimize customer experience, and adapt to changes confidently.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, business psychology, or a comparable subject
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software environment
- Outstanding track record in sales
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems (Hubspot)
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English (C1 level)
