Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Younited in Paris, France. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will support our customers, identify areas of friction, and participate in the continuous improvement of the France BU. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree to master's degree in banking, insurance, commerce, sales, management, customer relations, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or back office, ideally in the banking, credit, or fintech universe
- Mastering regulatory framework (reclamations, LCB-FT, GDPR, etc.) is a plus
- Mastering Zendesk is a plus
