We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, understanding clients’ technical and business needs, and promoting solutions that drive long-term value and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FX/CFD dealing, risk management, and operations.
- Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 architecture, bridge technology, liquidity aggregation, FIX API, execution routing, and risk management mechanisms (A/B-book, internalization, mark-outs).
- Confidence in reading logs and interpreting metrics (latency, slippage, fill ratios, client analysis, toxic flow indicators).
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing customer needs and provide workable solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
