Job Description
You're joining a fast-growing finance function in Greece and internationally, aiming to lead the redesign of processes and infrastructure. This strategic, hands-on role involves financial controlling, reporting, planning, and leading key finance initiatives. The role requires a structured individual comfortable both driving processes and stepping into the role when needed, alongside various departments.
Requirements
- Fluent in reading and creating key financial statements P&L, Balance sheets, Income statements, CashFlow statements
- 5 or more years of relevant finance/accounting experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in greek GAAP and reporting. IFRS would be a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills & Google Workplace (sheets, docs, slides)
- Team player by nature and belief
- Passion for personal growth with an open-mind and innovative mindset
- Willingness to collaborate and lead cross-functionally
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar from a top tier university
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Greek and English
