Lead Solutions Engineer

Lead Solutions Engineer responsible for client management, building scalable solutions, and technical leadership. Must have experience with React, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and API integrations. Prior experience in the financial industry is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven technical experience as a lead software engineer (or higher) with an eagerness to grow
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a technical team
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise-level applications
• Hands-on experience in building and owning software solutions using React and NodeJS
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL and NoSQL databases
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, like AWS, and experience with cloud-based architectures
• Experienced in implementing API integrations, connecting workflows, and organizing data
• Exceptional ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to simplify complex requirements into actionable solutions
• Superior organizational skills and obsessively detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
