Job Description
As a Senior Backend Node JS Developer, you'll work with cross-functional teams to develop scalable APIs and collaborate with product teams, architects, and designers to develop efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Experience with Node.js and its best practices
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining databases
- Experience with AWS or other cloud services
- Adherence to good software engineering principles (code quality, unit testing, documentation, etc.)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with Git/Version Control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in mentoring junior developers is a big plus
