Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision of Outreach Workers and Violence Interrupters, planning schedules, reviewing meetings, and facilitating violence prevention and life skills workshops.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4 years of experience in youth development, violence prevention, and case management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience and/or training in crisis intervention and staff supervision
• Prior management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
