As a Senior SAP H2R domain architect, you will be responsible for SNCB's SAP and non-SAP IT architecture within Human Resource Management processes. You will manage the strategic vision, identify architectural debt and risks, and ensure a coherent and efficient IT architecture landscape.
Requirements
- Previous experience of technology and data architecture within the HR domain
- More than 10 years experience in implementing HR processes in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
- In-depth solution knowledge on SuccessFactors and functional knowledge of links with other modules or non-SAP solutions
- Ability to document HR solutions and their roadmap
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management, negotiation skills, connective communication
- Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
