Requirements
- Create and execute data-driven digital strategies across paid media channels
- Define and monitor KPIs, optimizing campaigns to meet defined goals
- Test and innovate with new tools, channels, and tactics, building strong advertising partnerships
- Activate 1P audiences and manage integrations with CRM and Martech teams
- Refine segmentation and targeting strategies based on campaign audience analytics
- Collaborate with analytics to ensure key metrics are captured for campaign optimization
- Deliver clear performance updates and represent paid media in planning forums
- Contribute to MMM and attribution modeling efforts with analytics and agency teams
- Brief and manage creative teams for full-funnel asset development and approval
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery by coordinating with external agencies
