Job Description
Yum Crave AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science & AI Engineering to lead a team and scale their hybrid data science and AI engineering operations. The role involves overseeing workstreams across forecasting, personalization, and experimentation, utilizing both structured data and foundation models. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with experience in applying data science techniques to LLM-driven development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Experience leading and coaching high-performing technical teams.
- Hands-on expertise in both traditional ML and modern AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, multimodal models).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and simplify complex topics.
