Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in design operations, program management, product ops, or operational leadership.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide tooling consolidation, especially Figma.
- Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships and procurement workflows.
- Strong operational planning and facilitation skills.
